What imprinting looks like in a 3-year old Snitker Golden - Ryder - Mabel/Bart 2020

I was at my mom’s house helping her with storm prep earlier today. Ryder patiently sat on her small covered back porch for about an hour. No whining, no barking, no scratching at the door. He just sits and watches the birds, or lies down and waits. That’s just special to me. Imprinting does indeed matter. This sort of thing happens pretty often…recognizing how well-adjusted, calm, and genuinely friendly Ryder is in different situations…the vet, shopping, around children and pets.
