Cosmo - Nadia/Silas 2014

This is a long overdue update on Nadia's Mr. Orange. (We call him Cosmo.) They grow up so fast! He is long and lean, all legs and big paws, 37 pounds on his last visit to the vet a few weeks ago.
 
Here is a pic from his puppy school graduation last weekend. He successfully demonstrated watch me, sit, down, leave it, drop it, come, loose leash walking and sit to greet. We definitely see the benefits of his early imprinting at Snitkers before he came home! The test was in somewhat of a controlled environment and we're still working on consistency across all situations. 
 
He learns very quickly and is so curious! He has the cutest way of cocking his head when he's interested in what we're doing or saying, and sometimes watching TV! He is also determined, and doesn't give up easily on things wants (like laying in the sun in the backyard instead of coming in, or comng out of his crate to play when everyone else wants to sleep!) even though we consistently hold firm. We're still working on helping him manage his excitement every now and then, but most of the time he is very well behaved.
 
Many thanks to the Snitker family for all they did to give us this new addition to our family. Cosmo is much loved.
