Snug as a Bug - Photo Updates of the Litters

Snug as a bug. . .surely.  With the last feeding of the day, everyone is tucked in for the long haul, and I get to come to the house and take a break until 10 pm.     One of Elise's babes is snug as a bug in the stove pipe (has safe edges).  On the last swing through the puppy barn before I turned all the lights down, here's what I saw. . . 

This is Ina's litter, toys scattered among little creamy white bodies, snoozin' away. . . 

Maggie's litter is the same. . . toys strewn here and there, with essence of gruel still on their faces and toes (even after a good wash after eating), still damp from the warm wet and soapy cloth.  Little round bodies gaining steadily.  

And Mamma Nadia, the only one who is tucking in her babes herself.  These little scooters grow daily at this age.  

Hope you've enjoyed a look at the growing babies.  We're just doing so many new things with each of them that it's hard to put down into words.  All are making super progress.  And a special thanks this week to puppy handlers:  Faith, Hannah, TJ, and Tanner.  Three cheers for our help, who are lovin' up on your puppies and helping me positively imprint them for each of you who are anticipating bringing one of them home soon!  Hooray!  Hooray!  Hooray!   :D
