There's a special story to Bear and perhaps that's why this portrait is so meaningful to me. The day he left with his forever family, I sat down and, to keep from crying, I started felting one of the last photos of Bear that I had taken. As Rhonda firmly believes, art is a form of therapy and it was that day for me. :)
Giclee (Gee-clay) Print: reproductions printed by inkjet printers on archival quality paper. Believed to be far superior to any other form of printing.
This is a giclee print of an original fiber art piece, "Finding Bear.". Felted on a wool blend background, the colors have a warm quality. The original was felted with 100% Snitker Goldens and Bear's fur.
"Finding Bear." is printed on archival somerset velvet paper. Each print will come titled and signed in pencil.
Colors displayed on your computer monitor might differ slightly from the print, but I have done my best to accurately portray the colors of the original.
