"Lucy is simply the best in every way" - Retired Breeder (Mercy)

​Hi Rhonda,


I simply cannot express to you how incredible Lucy (Mercy) is and how blessed I feel to be her person.  I have had dogs my whole life, but Lucy is simply the best in every way.  We go on regular therapy visits to a children’s facility where we often encounter loud noises and erratic behavior from the kids.  None of it phases Lucy; she remains calm, giving everyone a chance to pet her.  I joke that I am worried Lucy might get fired from her therapy job for falling asleep.  I have been told that Lucy has made kids smile who rarely smile.  

My mom broke her hip in October and Lucy was able to be with me visiting as my mom moved through skilled nursing and then assisted living.  Lucy’s gentle presence has been a real comfort to my mom.  

I tell Lucy all the time, “what would I do without you?” and I really mean it.  I absolutely dread the day I no longer have Lucy at my side, as I know I could never find another dog who is more perfect.  Thank you so much for trusting me with her.
